DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region.

About The Role:

A Content creator is responsible for coming up with unique content ideas for publication across online or digital platforms. And responsible for overseeing and executing content strategy. You need creative vision, collaboration skills, the ability to understand and work with stakeholders, and the ability to see the big picture for Mangos24 and clients. The Content Creator is accountable to deliver content that is engaging, meet KPIs, metrics, and drive revenue through content.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent in experience
  • 3-5 years in marketing experience
  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Accountable, innovative and creative, bringing new ideas and technology to the table for implementation of content strategies
  • Understands user experience and usability, accessibility, writing for the web and meeting user needs with content
  • Expertise in the ever-changing social media landscape, and provide strategic input for client and agency marketing plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team building and collaboration
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
  • Impeccable grasp of the English language, including proofreading, idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services



Responsibilities:

  • Produce well-researched content for publication online and in print
  • Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior to ensure content is relevant and appealing
  • Ensuring consistency across all content, from websites to social media channels and videos
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines
  • Develop and implement content strategies for Mangos24 and clients
  • Develop concepts of outstanding quality for interactive/web, print, broadcast from concept to production (storytelling), either collaboratively or independently
  • Writes content that help to build awareness of client brands, products and product benefits and help to stimulate sales and strives for excellence in concept/copy, helping agency to gain recognition for excellent work in ad agency and business communities
  • Tracks consumer and content analytics and generates reports and presentations
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
  • Assists in writing and proofing proposals
  • Conduct the copywriting and messaging for each touchpoint of the accounts assigned to, including integrated marketing campaigns, TV/video scripts, websites, email blasts, blogs, ad campaigns, and other strategies.
