Main Responsibilities
Team Management:
- Leading and guiding team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring the efficient performance of all team members.
Video Optimization:
- Optimize and update partner-uploaded videos to ensure full CMS coverage.
- Meet the daily target of optimizing videos per team member.
- Implement best SEO practices to improve video rankings and visibility on relevant platforms.
Community Post Management:
- Create engaging posts for the community tab according to the community posts plan.
- Achieve 95%–100% adherence to the planned content and posting schedule.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions as needed to encourage engagement.
Channels Customization:
- Organize the channel trailer, featured video, channel sections, update your profile picture, banner image, and video watermark.
- Update and change the featured video on channels according to the feature posts plan.
- Ensure 95%–100 % compliance with the planned feature video strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics for featured videos and make adjustments as necessary
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Maintain an average monthly quality score between 93%–100%.
- Conduct periodic reviews of optimized content to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any quality issues and implement improvements.
- Adhere to Jira SLA guidelines, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to requests.
Channels Strategies, Publishing Plan, Audit:
- To create a content strategy for a YouTube channel, start by defining SMART goals and your target audience, researching competitors, planning the content, executing the plan, repurposing your videos for different social networks, and evaluating/adjusting the strategy. Define SMART goals and your target audience
- Creating Monthly publishing plans for channels based on analysis and target audience
- A channel audit: it's a review of the YouTube channel & videos so we can make improvements to increase your visibility on YouTube.
- Review the junior team members on the content strategy, publishing plan, and audit to confirm all is done
Reporting:
- Creating and maintaining high-quality monthly tracker sheets for the team.
- Ensuring all assigned sheets are delivered accurately and on time, with attention to detail in quality and completeness
- Prepare monthly and annual reports, ensuring all data is accurate and free from errors.
- Responsible for presentations and report generation, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Training & Onboarding:
- Execute and manage training programs for new hires, including comprehensive onboarding and role-specific internal training.
- Ongoing support beyond the initial onboarding phase, offering guidance and mentorship as new hires transition into their roles.
Work Arrangements:
- Shifts: Fixed Morning Shift
- Shift Timing: From 9 AM to 6 PM
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per shift, including a one-hour break
- Working Arrangement: Fixed Shift
- Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
- On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
Ideal Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field.
- Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, YouTube CMS, Photoshop
