A Leading Multi-Platform Network in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector and YouTube content management, but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DS Media’s objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region, using technology and targeting the global market, and making sure it’s a great place to work for.
Main Responsibilities
Distribution on All Platforms
- Manage content distribution to YouTube, Facebook, Spotify, Anghami, Deezer, Apple Music, and TikTok.
- Oversee Distribution Requests and manage the tracks of the month.
- Enhance the quality of distribution for users and artists, aiming for high acceptance rates.
- Handle onboarding requests and create short links for new releases.
- Create metadata sheets for desired platforms/applications, ensuring that content is successfully delivered to the platforms.
- Follow each platform's guidelines to improve delivery ratios and manage art motion for top clients.
Back-Catalog & Database Management
- Collect and unify data of all catalogs across platforms.
- Identify and upload missing tracks, enhancing the back-catalog.
- Ensure high availability of tracks with a focus on minimizing mistakes.
Live-Stream Management
- Coordinate live-stream events, matches, and series on YouTube channels & Facebook.
- Ensure high-quality live-streams with minimal errors.
- Collaborate on development solutions to facilitate live broadcasts of major esports and TV channels.
- Recording live matches.
Web Video
- Uploading Entertainment Content.
- Uploading References (YouTube & Meta).
Podcast
- Create a New Podcast.
- Manage Podcasts.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
- Monitor deadlines and SLAs for tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Track the number of tickets and maintain quality standards.
Work Documentation, Reporting, and Research
- Document new cases and tools, and update existing references.
- Conduct research on music platforms, new tools, and potential clients.
Work Arrangements
- Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night)
- Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 3 AM
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per shift, including a one-hour break
- Working Arrangement: Rotating shifts
- Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
- On-Site Work: Required based on the business needs
Ideal Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field.
- Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic
- Computer Skills: Word – Excel - PowerPoint
- Skills: Writing Skills – Attention to Detail – Creativity - Problem Solving - Driving Results
