A Leading Multi-Platform Network in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector and YouTube content management, but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. Main Responsibilities
Video Editing & Continuity
- Edit and manipulate footage to create a seamless video that maintains logical sequencing and smooth continuity, ensuring an engaging viewing experience.
Footage Review & Shot Selection
- Review raw footage and shooting scripts to make decisions on shot selection, ensuring scenes contribute to the overall narrative and continuity.
Brand Storytelling & Creative Direction
- Craft compelling, on-brand video content that aligns with marketing goals, using editing techniques to elevate the narrative and connect with the audience.
- Support the vision of the project.
- Assist in the creative direction of video projects, including researching and script development
Audio, Graphics & Effects Integration
- Input music, dialogue, graphics, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and emotional impact of the video, creating a polished final product.
Post-Production & Technological Innovation
- Oversee the post-production process, from rough to final cuts, and continuously explore new editing technologies and industry best practices to improve efficiency and output quality.
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Monitor compliance with deadlines and SLAs for assigned tickets.
- Manage ticket volume and ensure quality standards are met.
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaboration with Marketing, Digital & Production Teams
- Work closely with the digital, marketing, and production teams to transform creative ideas into elevated video content, while collaborating with producers to develop concepts from ideation to final production.
Work Arrangements
Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night) (could be changed based on business needs)
Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 3 AM (could be changed based on business needs)
Days Off: 2 days per week
Working Hours: 9 hours per shift, including a one-hour break
Working Arrangement: Rotating shifts
Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
Ideal Profile
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience 3 years in Video Editing, Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages.
- Programs Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Linguistic Skills English - Arabic.
