About DS Media

A Leading Multi-Platform Network in the MENA region that has diversified its portfolio of services to be specialized in the media sector and YouTube content management, but aiming for those services to be scalable and technology-based. DS Media’s objective is to become one of the biggest digital media companies in the EMEA region,, using technology and targeting the global market,, and making sure it’s a great place to work for.

Main Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Leading and guiding team members, delegating tasks, and ensuring the efficient performance of all team members

Distribution on All Platforms:

  • Manage and optimize content distribution to platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Anghami, Deezer, Apple Music, and TikTok.
  • Oversee distribution tickets, monthly new release, and onboarding requests.
  • Enhance the quality of distribution for users and artists, focusing on improving acceptance rates and minimizing errors.
  • Create and manage short links for new releases, top artists and podcasts.
  • Follow each platform guidelines to improve delivery ratios and manage art motion for top clients.
  • Coordinate art motion projects for top clients and identify trends on streaming platforms

Live-Stream Management:

  • Organize and stream events, matches, and series on YouTube channels.
  • Ensure high-quality live-streaming and minimize mistakes.
  • Track the number and quality of live streams conducted.

Back-Catalog& Data-Base Maintenance:

  • Collect and unify data of all catalogs across platforms.
  • Identify and upload missing tracks, enhancing back-catalog.
  • Ensure high availability of tracks with a focus on minimizing mistakes.

Audit & QC Compliance:

  • Maintain Tier A status in YouTube - SRAV.
  • Conduct periodic audits on Digisay CMSs and address issues identified on the SRAV dashboard.
  • Complete audits on time and with minimal issues.

Service Level Agreements (SLA):

  • Monitor compliance with deadlines and SLAs for assigned tickets.
  • Manage ticket volume and ensure quality standards are met.

Documentation, Reporting, and Research:

  • Document new and old cases lacking references and maintain records of tools and projects.
  • Research potential clients and document updates on musical platforms.
  • Address issues related to Musixmatch and other tools.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires, including onboarding and internal training.
  • Mentor new team members, ensuring adherence to training plans.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Creating DDEX sheets.

Work Arrangements:

  • Shifts: Fixed Morning Shift
  • Shift Timing: From 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Days Off: 2 days per week
  • Working Hours: 9 hours per shift, including a one-hour break
  • Working Arrangement: Fixed Shift
  • Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
  • On-Site Work: Required based on business needs

Ideal Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field.
  • Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, YouTube CMS, Meta Business, Music Distributions, Streaming Tools, Design Tools
