Background

Rightshero is an emerging company from its parent company SilkBytes, the tech-arm of the DigiSay Group. It is a scalable anti-piracy and cyber security software service that has a major focus on protecting businesses working in media production and distribution.

This role will be part of the Rightshero operation team. As a Anti-Piracy Specialist in content protection team you are a part of a small but very efficient and multi-tasking team. The team is tasked with handling all the operation aspects of our service. The operation process evolves around anti-piracy services activities and that are sequentially interconnected: D-listing, APP stores, Tubes platform, IPTV, social media platforms, and UGC enforcement.

Role Description

The Antipiracy Specialist is a key member of the Anti-piracy Operation department which focuses on identifying and acting upon infringement content across all utilized forms of distribution. The purpose of the role is to analyze and react to various sources of piracy.

The nature of the job requires attention to details as well as effective communication with other business units. and a good knowledge of online services (legitimate and infringing) and must have an experience in both an Arabic and Western Cinematographic/TV culture.

Responsibilities

  • This is a project base position with a rotational shifts.
  • Gather & report infringing URLs on multiple platforms/servers.
  • Your duties will cover various antipiracy activities and services.
  • Scanning for links to illegal content on social media, tubes,APPs and UGC Domains and telegram.
  • Issuing and sending takedown requests on multiple Platforms and logging feedback.
  • Handling and updating Client Campaigns into RH system.
  • Flowing Up and updating LOAs for all Client campaigns.

Requirements

  • Years of experience from 0 to 2 years.
  • Any previous experience as a job or internship in content design or content management or social media.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
