DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region by 2021.
Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline.
1-3 years experience in the same role.
Call center background is preferable.
Excellent command of English (reading & writing).
Familiarity with digital media platforms and applications
Very good web & internet knowledge.
Innovative thinker and executioner.
Self-starter that actively seeks ways to improve work efficiency.
Highly organized, disciplined and structured Communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and manage change effectively.

Handling the tasks of the day to day operation.
Monitoring company operations cycle and handling the escalated issues.
Provide full support and guidance to the company team in day to day operations when needed and send them all the reports they need to submit to clients.
Working and coordinating with multiple departments and teams in the company.
Working closely with company employees as well as hiring new labor when needed.
Develop and deploy strategies and processes to reach the company’s goals.
Successfully manage all phases of assigned projects and activities.
Organize and prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
