Job Overview
The Business Development Executive will support DigiSay’s Business Development team by managing inbound leads, assisting in sales operations, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
This role provides an opportunity to develop skills in business development, relationship management, and partnerships in the fast-growing digital media, content and creator economy industry.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leads Management
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via emails, calls, messages and for scheduling meetings.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate, real-time data for proper reporting.
- Track and strive to improve the Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate by ensuring consistent engagement and follow-up efforts.
- Monitor and document lead interactions to support pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Support the BD Team Leader in lead generation efforts for researching potential business opportunities, identifying high-potential prospects and preparing required documentation for outreachs.
2. Sales Support & Lead Communication
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and service presentations for potential business opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
- Raise tickets and ensure efficient follow-ups for the delivery of contract templates and agreements from the legal team, ensuring all onboarding paperwork is complete in a timely manner for swift response.
- Maintain a structured log of lead interactions, feedback, and sales progression to support senior BD team members.
- Assist in reviewing data and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
3. Sales Onboarding Support
- Assist in onboarding by gathering necessary documents, agreements, and account setup details.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, meeting notes, partnerships, and contracts for reporting and tracking.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
- Handle basic inquiries related to onboarding processes before escalating them to senior BD team members.
4. Administrative & Reporting Support
- Maintain structured records of leads, sales progress, and communications for reporting purposes.
- Support in preparing BD performance reports, lead conversion analytics, and engagement tracking.
- Assist in managing CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce) and updating relevant sales dashboards.
Work Arrangements
- Shifts: Fixed Shift 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 days per week (Fridays, Saturdays)
- Working Hours: 8 hours per shift including 1 hour break
- On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic (Native) and English (C1 Level)
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management (including relevant internships).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with partners and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc.).
- CRM software experience is a plus (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Interest or experience in broadcast and digital media or the creator economy is a plus, especially if familiar with content operations.
