About the role
We are looking for someone to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align our services to meet their needs.
- Anticipate and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
- Develop account plans and strategies for each client, outlining key goals, objectives, and action steps.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address client requests, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications or any related field.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Willing to embrace new technology and social media.
- The ability to deal with client’s needs and turn them around quickly and efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite.
