The Big Picture:

DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region by 2021.


  • This is a full time position with rotation shifts.
  • Demonstrating 1-3 years’ experience in account management, Project management, public relations for (advertising, MCN (multi-channel network, content distribution and management agencies.
  • Any bachelor’s degree (Mass Comm/ Arts).
  • Demonstrating an excellent level of English and Arabic.
  • Demonstrating very good knowledge of youtube and social media tools.
  • Being able to deal with client’s needs and turn them around quickly and efficiently.
  • Having a perfect account handling process and be technically knowledgeable and able to think strategically.
  • Having high standards of work and incredible attention to detail and super organized and be able to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.


  • Checking clients’ new videos and contents, communicating with the responsible departments if there is an issue and verifying accounts information.
  • Presenting and discussing clients’ advertising needs and campaign ideas.
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
  • Responding to complaints, requests and resolving issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Opening maintains customer accounts by recording account information and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve their satisfaction.
  • Negotiating agreements and keep records of clients' data.
  • Following up on a weekly basis with all the clients assigned.
  • Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
  • Providing performance reports for each client.
