The Big Picture

DigiSay is the biggest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in Egypt and the 3rd largest in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a digital media company (including: production, marketing and distribution of digital media). Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media company in the EMEA region.

We are a content network that has been pioneering and evolving in the content distribution space for our partners since 2011. As an integrated content distribution network we are continuously evolving our offering and our team with a firm belief that diversity of talent delivers diversity of ideas and values.

We are privileged to partner with a group of content partners and platforms that are considered household brands both local and global, including: YouTube, Facebook, Anghami and a variety of TV networks, production companies, artists and online creators.

About the role

We are looking for someone with a fresh mind who is energetic and eager to learn. Previous knowledge and work on social media and digital media platforms will be very useful.

The environment is fast paced, varied and exciting and we are looking for someone who is energetic, creative and passionate about the content industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications or any related field
  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
  • Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Willing to embrace new technology and social media.
  • The ability to deal with client’s needs and turn them around quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite

Responsibilities

  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Developing and maintaining a close relationship with clients
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Writing weekly status reports to keep the clients updated
  • Offering creative ideas to your team to further develop your client and be able to express it clearly verbally and in writing
  • Conducting research on relevant industry players to build your plans and proposals to clients
  • Assisting in different projects or ad-hoc tasks the account management team takes on
