DigiSay Group is a media tech company that started in 2010 focusing initially on creator services including content management and distribution. Today DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end-to-end services around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a technology, production, and venture-building perspective.
Main Responsibilities
Video Optimization:
- Optimize and update partner-uploaded videos to ensure full CMS coverage.
- Meet the daily target of optimizing videos per team member.
- Implement best SEO practices to improve video rankings and visibility on relevant platforms.
Community Post Management:
- Create engaging posts for the community tab according to the community posts plan.
- Adhere to the planned content and posting schedule.
- Monitor and respond to community interactions as needed to encourage engagement.
Thumbnails:
- Create catchy thumbnails for YouTube videos to stop the viewer from scrolling and get his attention.
Channels Customization:
- Organize the channel trailer, featured video, and channel sections, and update the profile picture, banner image, and video watermark.
- Update and change the featured video on channels according to the feature posts plan.
- Ensure compliance with the planned feature video strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics for featured videos and make adjustments as necessary.
Quality Assurance (QA):
- Conduct periodic reviews of optimized content to ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any quality issues and implement improvements.
SLA (Service Level Agreement) Management:
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and tickets based on their respective SLAs.
- Track the number of tickets handled and ensure tasks meet both time and quality expectations.
- Report on SLA performance and work with the team to improve task efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Channels Strategies, Publishing Plan, Audit:
- Creating a content strategy for a YouTube channel starts by defining SMART goals and target audience, researching competitors, planning the content, executing the plan, repurposing the videos for different social networks, and evaluating/adjusting the strategy.
- Creating Monthly publishing plans for channels based on analysis and target audience.Review of the YouTube channel & videos to make improvements to increase the channels’ visibility on YouTube.
Work Arrangements
- Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night)
- Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 2 AM (could be changed based on business needs)
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per shift including a one-hour break
- Working Arrangement: Rotating shifts
- Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
- On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
- This is a project-based position
Ideal Profile
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience 0-2 years of experience in YouTube SEO scope or a related field.
- Linguistic Skills English - Arabic
