About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team at DigiSay. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for creating, implementing, and managing digital marketing and social media strategy for multiple clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify the assigned digital project scope and objectives according to the client’s requirements.
  • Manage and lead briefing sessions with other departments ( Social Media – Creative ). Inspires the whole team to think creatively in the way they address the client's needs.
  • Establish a strategic relationship with the client and continuously provide updated information regarding status of work always managing the clients expectations.
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as social media, content calendar and videos, etc .
  • Develop, implement and manage the clients' social media strategy, also measure the success of every social media campaign.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing and content creation.

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practice.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.

  • Detailed oriented, excellent planning, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Deep digital and social media understanding.

  • Willing to embrace new technology.

  • Ability to build rapport.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite as well as CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce, Pipe Drive).
