The Big Picture
DigiSay Group is a media tech company that started in 2010 focusing initially on creator services including content management and distribution. Today DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end-to-end services around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a technology, production, and venture-building perspective.
Main Responsibilities
Todos:
- Resolve issues related to invalid references, reference overlaps, potential claims, disputes, appeals, ownership conflicts, and ownership transfers.
Anti-Piracy:
- Submit manual claims and takedown requests across all platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims to protect content on these platforms.
Daily Claims:
- Manage and process the total number of daily claims efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation for each claim handled.
Linking & Unlinking:
- Manage and process the total number of linking and unlinking requests for channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all linking and unlinking tasks.
Match Policy:
- Oversee match policy processes for assigned channels.
- Track the number of CID (Content ID) policies applied.
Audit & SRAV:
- Conduct audits for CRM 2024 channel targets.
- Perform periodic audits for DigiSay Music CMS.
- Complete assigned SRAV tasks, including addressing missing asset IDs.
Reports & Submissions:
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.
Work Arrangements
- Shifts: Three shifts per day (Morning, Mid, Night)
- Shift Timing: Shifts run from 9 AM to 1 AM (could be changed based on business needs)
- Days Off: 2 days per week
- Working Hours: 9 hours per shift including a one-hour break
- Working Arrangement: Rotating shifts
- Weekend Schedule: Rotating weekend schedule
- On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
- This is a project-based position
Ideal Profile
- Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Experience 0-2 years of hands-on experience in the music and entertainment field.
- Linguistic Skills English - Arabic
- Computer Skills Word – Excel - PowerPoint
- Skills Detail-oriented with a Focus on Accuracy - Adhering to Processes-Multitasker - Problem-Solving - Driving Results - Reporting & Analysis
