DigiSay is one of the largest MCN (Multi-Channel Network) in the Middle East. Right now we are transforming ourselves into a global digital media company that serves our clients with technology. Our overall objective is to become the biggest digital media management company in the EMEA region.


Rightshero is an emerging company from its parent company SilkBytes, the tech-arm of the DigiSay Group. It is a scalable cybersecurity software service that has a major focus on protecting businesses working in media production and distribution.

This role will be part of the Rightshero commercial team. As a Commercial & Marketing Assistant you are a part of a small but very efficient and multi-tasking team. The team is tasked with handling all the commercial aspects of our business. The structure of the commercial process evolves around 3 activities that are sequentially interconnected: Business development, marketing, and sales.

Role Description

The key role of a Commercial & Marketing Assistant is to prepare, plan and implement the commercial activities inside the emerging Rightshero company. The role will include working on components like; sales coordination, market and competition research, and digital marketing.

The candidate must be technically capable of building processes and approaches for implementing strategies in an efficient way, be very organized, work well under pressure and can clearly and precisely communicate through written content. The key success factor to this role is proactivity and discipline.


  • Support our sales team with research, sales communication and documentation tasks.
  • Coordinate sales activities.
  • Perform market and competition research
  • Planning and implementing social media content calendar(s)
  • Preparing & writing research strategies about clients/partners in different international markets and preparing approach proposals.
  • Running digital marketing campaigns for marketing on professional platforms (linkedIn, Google etc.) to drive traffic to our SaaS offering.


  • Undergraduate/ graduate: Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems.
  • 0-2 years of experience in one or more of the fields of; digital marketing, marketing, business development & sales, account management etc.
  • Any previous experience as a job or internship in content design or content management or social media
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English. German command is an advantage.
  • Detailed oriented, excellent planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Deep digital understanding.
  • Willing to embrace new technology.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite.
